Where is the store based?
We are based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within Canada and the US.
What courier do you use to ship?
We use Canada Post/USPS to ship out orders.
What are your return/exchange polices?
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
When will you restock products?
We try to restock within 2 weeks, but due to shipment delays, restocks may take up to 4-8 weeks.
Can I be notified once a product restocks?
Yes! Simply send us a message from our Contact page or email us at email@example.com to be notified. Make sure you include the product name and colour (ex. LUMI glasses in silver) and to also state that you would like to be notified if said product has restocked. We will email you back ASAP once it has!
That means there is a flaw or defect on the product. If you'd like to see the flaw before ordering, feel free to send us a message.
I'm from Vancouver, BC. Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Please contact us to set up a date and time to meet. Please note that a payment must be made prior to pick up.
How do I pay for my order?
We use PayPal for secured payments.
